Predominantly grown in China, these seeds lose much of their freshness by the time they reach U.S. grocery stores. In contrast, we source ours locally, from one of America’s few producers of home-grown pumpkin seeds. Grown in New York’s Finger Lakes Region, these unusually flavorful, ridiculously healthy seeds are rich in protein and antioxidants. You will definitely taste the difference.
